MISSION STATEMENT

We aim to provide a high standard of practice and care.  To treat patients with dignity, respect and honesty and to work together in partnership to protect and promote overall health and well being in a nourishing and caring environment.

PATIENT SURVEY FINDINGS

A total of 584 forms were sent to patients from the Department for Dr Doyle's practice, 164 were returned representing 28%.

94.68% of patients were able to book an appointment within 2 days.  Satisfaction with GP service remained high having confidence and trust in their Doctor.  Getting through on the phone was fairly easy.  Reception staff were very helpful.  It was fairly easy to speak to a Doctor.  There was the ability to book appoinments in advance although there can be a little wait for appointments upon arrival at the surgery.  Patients were fairly satisfied with open times.  They decided that there was a fairly good availability for the nurse.  Overall, patients were very satisfied with care at the surgery and this was represented by a 91% and 92% result.

Flu clinics are running from October to December 2011.  Anyone over 65, on a chronic disease register, career or pregnant will receive an invitation or alternatively contact reception to make an appointment.
